Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are incredibly common,

Many women experience some mild mood changes during the perinatal period (conception through one year post delivery.) 1 in 5 women will experience more significant symptoms of depression and or anxiety, which are the common signs for a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD).
