Most of the time I felt
like I was living in a fog.

I also felt a heavy sense of anxiety and stress, but couldn’t explain why. When the sun went down, I would dread the long nights ahead, spending most of my time in bed crying. I didn’t feel like myself and my husband had no idea what to make of me. I kept thinking it would pass, but it only got worse…

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are incredibly common,
affecting about 1 in every 5 women. But most importantly – they are treatable.

Tikvaseinu is here to support you on your journey to healing.

What is a Perinatal Mood
and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD)?

Many women experience some mild mood changes during the perinatal period (conception through one year post delivery.) 1 in 5 women will experience more significant symptoms of depression and or anxiety, which are the common signs for a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD).
